Charge Card Expirations

Our business charge cards expire every three years. When your card is nearing its expiration date, you will receive a new charge card in the mail. Once your new card is activated, please properly discard of your old card.

About Your New Charge Card:

  • Active your card by calling the number on your new card or through your EZ Business account
  • You will need the last 4 digits of your Federal tax ID, your EIN number, or the last 4 digits of your tax-exempt number to activate your card
  • If you have any purchase orders (PO) on file please utilize the below Purchase Order Request form to submit new POs.
  • You can continue to use your current green loyalty card with your new charge card to enjoy our full program benefits (digital coupons, tax exemption, business discounts, Meals 2GO orders)
