Is my mobile device supported?
Back to FAQ TopicsThe Wegmans app can run on Android devices with OS 14 or higher, and iOS devices with OS 16 or higher. If you have an older device, you can still use wegmans.com by opening your mobile web browser and going to www.wegmans.com.
Do I have to sign in or can I use the app as a guest?
Back to FAQ TopicsThe app can be used for in-store shopping without signing in. However, to get the most out of your experience, we recommend signing in with or creating a Wegmans Shoppers Club account. This allows you to access both in-store and online purchases, see previously purchased items in search results, clip digital coupons to your Shoppers Club, and much more.
Why do I need to verify my phone number?
Back to FAQ TopicsA one-time phone verification is needed to ensure the online account and Shoppers Club benefits are linked properly. This will enable your telephone number to be entered at the register and will provide you with access to accurate receipt history as well as digital coupons customized to your purchase history.
How do I scan an item?
Back to FAQ TopicsTo scan an item, select the barcode icon located in the search bar and point your camera at the barcode you want to scan. To add the scanned item to your list, scroll down below the product’s price and select “Add to List” or “Save for Later.” Note: Your camera must be enabled within the Wegmans app.
Can I create multiple shopping lists?
Back to FAQ TopicsYou can create as many shopping lists as you want, but you can only have one active shopping list at a time. The easiest way to create a new shopping list is to click on the left-hand menu bar icon and select “Saved Lists.” Then, click the “Create New List” button to create your new list.
If you are viewing a product and want to make a new shopping list with that item, select the “Save for Later” button underneath the “Add to List” button. A drop-down box will appear, and you can enter the title of your list and click the red “+” icon. This will create your list and add the item to it.
How do I view my list by aisle?
Back to FAQ TopicsFor items to be sorted by aisle, you must be in the In-Store shopping mode. If you are in Pickup or Delivery mode, items are sorted by department.
Can I share a list with someone?
Back to FAQ TopicsYes. To share a list with someone, tap on the “My List” tile on the homepage. Then, tap on the three vertically stacked dots in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and select “Share List.” This will allow you to share your list via text message, email, and more.
How do I add ingredients for a recipe to my shopping list?
Back to FAQ TopicsTap on the “Meals” icon on the banner at the bottom of the app. When you locate a recipe you want to shop for, tap “Shop This Recipe,” select each item you’d like to add to your list, then tap “Add Selected Items to My List.” If you are already signed in, the ingredients will be added automatically. If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to do so.
Why am I receiving the message “Your account is already in use” when trying to create an account on the Wegmans app?
Back to FAQ TopicsYou are receiving this message because you already have an existing Wegmans Online account. Please sign in with the email address that was used to create the account or click on the “Forgot Password” link if you do not know your password. If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Care Center here, or call 1-800-WEGMANS (934-6267), Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
What’s the difference between the Wegmans app and the Wegmans Meals 2GO app?
Back to FAQ TopicsOur Wegmans app and Wegmans Meals 2GO app are two separate apps. Our Meals 2GO app is for ordering our prepared foods (pizza, subs, sushi, salads, etc.) for pickup or delivery. Orders are delivered to your house by a third-party delivery provider. The Wegmans app is designed to help with your grocery shopping and gives you the ability to order groceries for pickup or delivery.
Why are some of the items displayed under the organic filter not USDA certified organic?
Back to FAQ TopicsProducts made with some organic ingredients (e.g., made with organic grains) display the green organic wellness key. Customers have told us they like to see the full made-with-organic assortment. The organic leaf is your shortcut to fully organic items.
